At Inglesina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include all tags. Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. Be sure to obtain a receipt for your shipment to track your package's journey back to us.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
